Re-Opening Updates

May 5, 2020

Starting with our Orlando location which is now open, over the next few weeks when it is safe to do so, we will begin opening our other locations around the world to serve our loyal guests. Each store will only open with approval and guidance from state and local authorities & experts. 

We have always practiced the most rigorous sanitation policies and cleaning practices at our facilities.  We have increased the frequency moving forward to create a healthy and safe environment for our guests and team members. We are closely adapting to any new updates from the CDC & local government agencies, to maintain a safe and healthy environment in our restaurants for our guests and staff.  Please see below an outline of all the new procedures and adjustments we have made to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. 

We will continue to make changes as necessary to our procedures to protect our employees and community.  Our health guidelines have been developed by consulting the CDC, local health officials, and leading health professionals.  We take pride in creating a healthy environment for you and your family.  We are excited to welcome you back to the sweetest place on earth!
